Nesting

The garage is cleaned and washed. The windows are washed inside and out. My sweeper is in the shop to get a new belt or else the screens would also be clean. There are more cookies for the freezer. The basement walls are about 1/4 wiped down. The laundry is all caught up. Floors are clean.

It's raining this weekend or else I would be out in the flowerbeds. Maybe...I'll just have to go out anyhow. I'm getting tired of doing word search and sudoku. Yet baby has not yet dropped. Guess there is more that I need to learn with patience. I'm to work this weekend. That should keep me busy at least. There may be some plans that Mr. ITF and I can come up with for the holiday. More to look forward to!

Sleeping

Finally...I was able to get a good nights sleep last night. I have had so much trouble sleeping. Baby is going to be a night owl just like his/her parents. Wake up time is around 11:30pm and 2am. Plus he/she does not like the positions that I lie in.

Guess we'll just have to see how much patience one needs to meet the new person that just keeps growing and growing inside of me.

Baby Shower

Today was my first baby shower. I had so much fun and was so humbled by the gifts as well as the people that came. First off, the individuals had to go around the circle and identify themselves and give me a word of advice. I hope that I can listen to and act upon the advice given. It was so good. Patience, play with your children, cuddle them, spend time with them, and don't just say no due to your convenience: this was just part of the list.
